At Grocerz, we value our customers and want you to shop with complete confidence, whether you’re shopping online or visiting our store in Point Cook.

We’re here to make sure every order meets your expectations.

1. Change of Mind: Before Delivery or Pickup

   Need to cancel or modify your order before it has been picked and packed? Contact us by phone or email with your order number, and we’ll take care of it for you.

2. Change of Mind: After Delivery or In-Store Purchase

   Changed your mind after receiving your order? You can return unopened, non-perishable items within 10 days of purchase for a full credit.

   You can:

   • Return items in person to our Point Cook store.
   • Post them back to the same address.

   Once we receive and inspect the items, our team will process your credit and notify you.

   Please note: For food safety reasons, frozen and other perishable goods (including refrigerated items) are not eligible for return or credit under “change of mind” after delivery or pickup. If you wish to return a perishable item, please hand it back to the driver at the time of delivery.

3. Quality Assurance: We’ve Got You Covered!

   Every order is double-checked before dispatch to ensure all items are correct, fresh, and within their best-before dates.

   Frozen and chilled products are packed in iceboxes to maintain ideal temperatures. Our drivers also offer to review your order with you upon delivery for your peace of mind.

4. Return Costs

   We recommend returning items directly to the driver during delivery for convenience. If you choose to return an item later, any return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. However, if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the cost and arrange a return at no extra charge.

5. Australian Consumer Law

   Grocerz fully complies with the Australian Consumer Law, ensuring that your rights as a consumer are always protected.
